Biographical Text
Ingrid Lindqvist ran the kitchen at the Tincup Lodge from the day it opened in December 1952. Her cinnamon rolls sold for fifteen cents on the first bill of fare and were still on the menu, "since 1952", when the ski area closed. Skiers were asked to leave their boots by her stove.
